"Food is great! The Pizza Artist are too! But its often blazing hot in there and smokey and when its like that you dont want to wait around for your order to be taken because they are so understaffed. Other than that Great Place!!"

"The only thing better than finding gold in these mountains was finding this place! Hands down those 2 kids made the best pizza I've had in 20 years! What a nugget to find 2500 miles from home! The menu is great. The service is beyond phenomenal! The food was superb! The place is a little dated and could use a few small repairs but overall its 5 star in my book!"

"I SO APPRECIATE Misty and the driver. I called wanting delivery...I live in the middle of nowhere...they worked with me and brought me food. They were not Dicks about it, even though, they were not offering delivery. Thank You, Misty and delivery guy! Keep up the good work! You both deserve raises...$25-40/hr! "Went into this establishment visiting from out of state… was treated like royalty…. The staff all communicated with me clearly about the wait time,, but also took the time to know me. Felt like home. I also received very yummy food I got a Hawaiian with ham and jalapeño onions bacon and cashew… as well as a cookie pizza which I enjoyed very much so. Thank you Amber Bobby and Brandon it was wonderful to meet you!"

"The food was good, but not as good as the Janesville pizza factory. Though it was a busy weekend, they still took our order, and got us some food. Thank you!"

"We where in town for a few days and all the locals said that we have to try the pizza from Pizza Factory, because it is great. So we went and got a large all meat pizza and added pineapple too. It only took them about 20 mins to make it from when we ordered it, and it was a busy Saturday night too. So all the rave reviews where true this was a great pizza and we will definitely be back to try out some more."

"I’ve always been treated well here, but tonight I ordered a pizza rudely close to closing time and Max totally rocked. Kind, funny, and understanding - exactly how a small town pizza place should be. The pizza is ok- can’t go wrong with a classic pepperoni. Thanks yall! And thanks Max!"
